Carlos Rodriguez is Founder and President of PMI Miami Dade. With over 15 years of financial services, customer service, and asset management and preservation expertise, he brings his knowledge and experience to manage your real estate investments.
As a Florida native, Carlos attended the University of Florida where he received a B.A. and later received his M.B.A. degree from Florida International University.
He is a member in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Shannon Cornell has been in the Real Estate Industry with a focus on Property Management since 2001. She first worked on the administration side for over 10 years before getting her real estate license. Once she did get her license, she took off running with it. She took over a portfolio of about 40 properties and within 4 years she built that up over 120 properties. Shannon joined the Arrico Family in 2016. She is Co-Owner and Manager of the Lakeland Office.
Shannon was one of the driving forces to bring a NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Chapter back to Lakeland. She is a past President of the Greater Lakeland chapter and is part of several committees with both the State and National Chapters of NARPM. Shannon has also been on the Lakeland Realtors® Board of Directors since 2013 and is very active on multiple committees as well.
Shannon has been married to her husband, Ty since 2003 and they have a daughter, Emily and several fur-babies. They currently live in Auburndale and are looking forward to buying investment properties in the near future.
